1) my right is freedom of press.
2)this right exists because the people need to know what is going on with certain topics including the good and the bad. the United States's constitution states that the peoples right to find out things through the press is protected with the exception of highly classified things.
3)to exercise this right is to find out information to share with the public
4)in the US, the press dont have the right to find out information if they arent given the permission to use it. also, in certain countries, foreign reporters dont have the right
5) these limitations exist because reporters can manipulate what information to their opinion and so people may not want to give out their infomation.
6) if i gave up this right, i would want some sort of power and influence in the government
